hogs at Juniper Grove Farms in Redmond.
Jim & Dolores Barlean produce organic
honey in Clackamas County.
L-Bar-T Ranch raises Bison in Forest Grove
and Eastern Oregon.
Roger Konka hand harvests wild mushrooms all
over the place, including his basement. Jonathan Ehmig's Highland Oak Farm raises natural beef in Scio, Oregon.
Nancy Duncan custom roasts our
espresso beans at Schondecken Coffee in Sellwood.
Our used fryer oil is made into bio-diesel.
Our neighbor Baker & Spice bakes our baguettes, rye bread and
lots
of other great stuff.
