Using only the freshest ingredients,
we bake our buns & special breads, cure and smoke our
fish & meats, prepare our pickles & preserves,
and bake all of our desserts right here.
We enjoy cooking and serving
great food for our friends.
We have established close relationships with
many local farmers and producers,
and support sustainable use of
our natural resources.
Pierre Kolisch makes our goat cheeses & raises
hogs at Juniper Grove Farms in Redmond.
Jim & Dolores Barlean produce organic
honey in Clackamas County.
L-Bar-T Ranch raises Bison in Forest Grove
and Eastern Oregon.
Roger Konka hand harvests wild mushrooms all
over the place, including his basement.
Cascade Natural raises natural beef in Eastern Oregon.
Our next door neighbor Baker & Spice
bakes our baguettes.
Nancy Duncan custom roasts our
espresso beans at Schondecken Coffee in Sellwood.
Our used fryer oil is made into bio-diesel.
